Choose from our 3 options for dictation:

1. The first is the most recommended and least expensive way to use our digital system. It is done by simply picking up your telephone!

2. The second way would be to use a handheld digital recorder at your office; i.e., the Olympus 4000. The voice card is then securely uploaded and archived on our FTP server. The completed transcription would be downloaded to your computer system for printing on your end.

3. The third way to do your dictation would be for our courier to pickup up and deliver your tapes with printed out documents so that your office does not have to print out the work themselves nor have any equipment except for a dictating machine.

Your transcription will be placed in our archives for at least one year before deletion.
